Hi engineers,

IMXRT1064CVJ5B is using in our prototype.

The GPIO_AD_B0_05 pin is pulled-up but the GPIO_AD_B0_04 pin is floating in hardware.

It is noted in datasheet that there is internal 100k pull-down in GPIO_AD_B0_04 pin while reset.

My question is, what is the BOOT_MODE[1:0] in current hardware? Is it 10 (internal boot type) or not defined? Now the chip can not be boot successfully.

Many thanks

Guanmian Xu

Hi,
Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.
1) What is the BOOT_MODE[1:0] in current hardware? Is it 10 (internal boot type) or not defined?
-- I think the BOOT_MODE[1:0] should be 10.
The boot-up failure issue can be caused by other factors besides the BOOT_MODE[1:0] setting, and I'd like to suggest adding an extern pull-down resistor to the GPIO_AD_B0_04 pad to get rid of any input noise interferences.
Have a great day.
