working with low power mode application on IMXRT1050,  i am facing issues:

1. i am able to switch from over run mode to low speed run mode without any issues.

2. while switching from low speed run to over run mode, controller gets reset:

      SRC->SRSR updates with value 0x3..

please let me know the reason for the reset.

NOTE: i am following the power switch example given in SDK 2.5.0

this is on a customized board with IMXRT1050 chip set.

Thank you,

Maniram

Hi maniram nagothi,

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and
for the opportunity to serve you.
After testing, I find the SRC-SRSR had already been 0x03 when running the evkbimxrt1050_power_mode_switch_bm demo, so it's not caused by the modes switch.
Hope this is clear.

Hi maniram nagothi,

Thanks for your reply.
SRC_SRSR is the indicator of reset events for the chip, so I'd like to learn the information about the 'indicator' via reviewing the RM directly.

Hi maniram nagothi.

Thanks for your reply.
To provide the fastest possible support, I'd recommend you to refer to

Placing data into different RAM blocks to view the details.
