SLN-TLHMI-IOT Kit Does Not Start For The First Time

I've bought a SLN-TLHMI-IOT Kit. When I power it up it shows up the display below:

Then everything goes dark unlike the guide suggests. What could be the reason for this issue?

Well, I was able to run the demo application by using mass storage device drag and drop updates. It works know.
