SLN-LOCAL2-IOT changing to a Custom Wake Word

I need a push in the right direction.   I'm trying to change the input words "Wake word" , "Command words"

on the "SLN-LOCAL2-IOT"

sale flyer says

"This second-generation local voice solution includes a PC-based tool enabling developers to create speech models for more than 100 custom commands and multiple wake words"

I can't find such a PC based tool for input words.

I have the SDK  fulling running and have altered the colors on the led demo (Making them wrong) just to prove I'm actually running my debug code.

I have no luck with nxp responding to any tech support like  emails.

Help!

Nxp Audio changing Audio In words.    8/25/2021 This is not a step by step  guide it’s my notes along the way.  Hopefully it will help you get past some of the road blocks .  Yes I was  able to change the start and command words.

First off I’d like to say once you actually make contact at

local-commands@nxp.com   They will help with your challenges to get your project running.  Thank you.

To Reach NXP one has to not be afraid of trying from multiple email addresses and especially during verification steps get in the habit of checking your spam folder!

Help full documents ***************************

MCU Local Voice Control Solution User’s Guide

https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/nxp/users-guides/SLN-LOCAL-IOT-UG.pdf

More detail is in the  “SLN-LOCAL2-IOT Developer’s Guide N”  I don’t remember where I got this but it was a pdf down load

*********************************************

First challenge is to GET  the sdk.  Why because the product doesn’t actually ship the required codes needed to download  the sdk. (I never made contact with that tech support group)

I got MCUXpresso IDE  from

https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/nxp/users-guides/SLN-LOCAL-IOT-UG.pdf

I got the SDK from

https://www.nxp.com/document/guide/getting-started-with-the-nxp-edgeready-mcu-based-solution-for-loc...

There are examples and tools to change the out words.  Some links are below “OTHER”

To change the Input words  you do need to contact.

local-commands@nxp.com  for the rest of the tools you need.  They are helpful but this were your may have to try from multiple emails (They typically respond in 24 hour)

NOTE you want to understand what the CmdMapId is.   If not you may use -1 (there example should have been 6)

update

Well???  as soon as I posted thank you they stopped responding to my technical question.  Also strongly suggest one of the first things you do is see if their serial usb drivers actually work with you end application early on.

Thank you for your response.  unfortunately it is completely useless as I have been trying to contact NXP tech support (aka "local-commands@nxp.com") for 3 weeks now with No response.  As a FYI My kit did not come with a (ID# ???  Product Number???)  and that tech support group (To get the SDK) did not respond either.  I some how found a back door to get the SDK.   This project has been panful.  every step that includes "Just contact NXP" has proven to be a road block.

So Now what do I do?

Hello @BigJay,

I contacted the guys from the mail and they have a question:

Do you have a kit with a black plastic enclosure?
