RT117x - hyperFlash and hyperRam in same design?

hi,

Is it possible to have both hyperFlash and hyperRam in the same design (on different interfaces, not sharing the same interface).

Does this just come down to pin availability/pin muxing or are there other considerations?

The use case is we want to use the DMA controller to DMA data from some peripheral into buffers which would reside in external hyperRam, the external hyperFlash would be used for code execution.

many thanks!

Hi @nickwallis ,
Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.

-- It's able to implement the above purpose, as the RT117x contains the 2 FlexSPI modules.
Have a great day,
TIC
