RT117x: TMPSNS_BASE address in MIMXRT1176_cm7.h

I tried evkmimxrt1170_tempsensor_cm7 and it seems to work, but the TMPSNS device address in the file MIMXRT1176_cm7.h is 0 which is contained in the ITCM.

I wonder how it is possible for it to work.

Also, the documentation does not state the base address of the TMPSNS peripheral
