I have two circuit boards, and under the same condition, the test results show that the 3.3v power supply current to the chip is 40MA and 100MA respectively. Is that normal?If abnormal and should from what respect to check the reason?I'm lost.

Are you loading same software to both circuit boards? If so, then it is not normal that two different chips behaves so differently.
Please take a look to MIMXRT1050 EVK Board Hardware User’s Guide so you can check if your hardware fits our recommendations.
