RT1050: SDRAM replacement parts

Hi,

Currently we are having difficulty in purchasing SDRAM IS42S16160J-6BLI(ISSI)
can you suggest some replaceable parts? 

What are the conditions when choosing replacement parts.?
Sorry but I don't understand RAM well

For example, can I replace it with an AS4C16M16SA-7BCN (Alliance Memory) component?
I attached the datasheet.

Hi yuh ah,

I recommend you to check the SEMC chapter of the reference manual where you can see the limitations for SDRAM.
