RT1050 POR_B issue

RT1051 POR_B pin combined with a RESET IC(Push-Pull). Jlink cannot find the core. When I changed the RESET IC to Open Drain type, it's OK. I couldn't figure out why?

Hello,

Depends on the RM that POR_B must remain low (asserted) until the VDD_SOC supplies are stable.  But a RESET IC(Push-Pull) should be Active high. So can't meet MCU reset.
