RT101X USB FS/HS device without external crystal

Does RT101X can work as FS or / and HS USB device (not host) without using external crystal?

External 24MHz crystal is necessary for USB application (PHY should be driven by 480MHz clk). as internal RC24M (maximum 20% accuracy error) is only for low speed peripherals
