MX RT1060 - target application software deployment

I posted a similar thread asking about how to handle end-user updating.  This would be on a custom board (not the EVK) and using something less complicated for the user than JTAG or MfgTools.  I assume the MCUboot/Flashloader can be wrapped in a user friendly desktop app for a dedicated device, it would only require USB connectivity (?)

  generally - yes, the i.MX RT flashloader  can be used to flash applications for the i.MX RT,

using only i.MX RT USB OTG port.
