MIMXRT595 I3C interface not working

This is kind of urgent if you could assist me I would appreciate it. We told our customers to buy the same EVK boards but it does not work now our project is on HOLD pending this issue.

I purchased two MIMXRT595-EVK boards, I have them inter-connected via the I3C connector at location J18 on the board.

I have the SDK Master demo running on one board and the SDK Slave demo running on the other board and I don’t see any traffic from I2C or I3C.

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.
I was wondering if you can tell me which version of the SDK library you used, further, I'd like to suggest you use the logic analyzer to visualize the transmit signals.
