MIMXRT106 parts

Hi,

I have a design that uses a MIMXRT1064DVL6A. I'm unable to source any of these chips or the newer revision MIMXRT1064DVL6B. I noticed mouser has some MIMXRT106 chips in stock. Specifically the MIMXRT106ADVL6B. Can someone tell me if this chip could be used as a pin-compatible replacement for the MIMXRT1064DVL6B. I understand that it does not have the 2 MB of on-chip flash, but I have some nor flash on board that I should be able to use for that. Also, what about the 106F series.

Hi

Mouser presently still has a few i.MX RT 1061 (these are the 10mmx10mm and not 12mmx12mm) devices. These are footprint compatible with i.MX RT 1064 (but need the external QSPI).
The 1061 doesn't have eLCD though.
