Hello

I'm using MIMXRT1062-EVK to debuge official Hello Word, but it fails. Then I used Jflash to erase Flash, and the following phenomenon occurred. This phenomenon also occurred when I replaced flash on the existing project board (replace the original ISIS with another one).

Can you give me some advice? Thank you.

Hi rory,

Did you configure the SW7 in QSPI-Flash Boot mode?

Hi Jing

I've configured the SW7 in QSPI-Flash Boot mode.I measure the voltage of Flash, and it is right.

In general, what causes this situation?

rory

Hi rory,

What flash do you use? The flash algorithm may unable to recognize your flash. You can use NXP-MCUBootUtility tool to test whether the flash is fine.

Hi rory,

It's hard to say what caused this problem. Please check below items.

1. RT1060 EVK use DAP-link as on board debugger. You use your own jlink. Have you disconnect J47~J50?

2. If you didn't modify the board, please check flash algrithm setting, in right click the project->properties->MCU setting. Is the flash driver set to MIMXRT1060_SFDP_QSPI.cfx?

3. In right click the project->properties->settings->Managed Linker Script, please select link application to RAM. Then try to compile and debug. Can it work? If it can't, there should be hardware setting problem. Please check power and boot config pins.

Hi Jing

1.I use your own jlink. J45-j50 is connected by default and I did not change it.
Are there any requirements on this side?

2.The flash driver set to MIMXRT1060_SFDP_QSPI.cfx.

3.According to your request, but failed.I'm going to power and boot config pins.

rory
