Hi julian123,

   About the AR0130CS ON Semiconductor image sensor driver, I suggest you to contact with ON semiconductor, as I know, the ON company have the tools which can generate the driver directly.

  Then you can refer to the RT1064 CSI project, and change the image sensor driver code to run it.

   The image sensor driver code normally can generated by the ON tools, mainly used to configure the sensor register.
