Is it possible to fix a really annoying behavior of the new NXP Community forum?

Hi

After losing another 20 minute work with the forum I have to ask - could something be done about the following behavior?
1. One is responding to a post and carefully invests 20 minutes accurately answering and verifying details
2. Then one posts but realises that one is not yet/any more logged in (since it allows preparing before responding)
3. The the login screen appears and one enters the correct credentials
4. Then the following error appears (almost every time):

An Unexpected Error has occurred.

Your request failed. Please contact your system administrator and provide the date and time you received the error and this Exception ID: 37FF74E2.

Click your browser's Back button to continue.

5. All of the work has been lost because it was not save and one has to start the 20 minute work again.

In the old forum one had to be logged in to start writing and so the automated saves took place - when there was an error one could reload the work. The new method is cute but since it is so unreliable (I have now lost about 5 prepared posts and have to restart each time) it is really annoying and should really be fixed by either working properly or not allowing doing the work before being logged in.....

Frustrated

Mark

Hi,
Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.
Thanks for your sharing, yes, the new system sometimes occur some weird issues, such as lost reply, typesetting mess, etc.
In my experience, it'd better log in prior to input the reply, it can reduce the chance of the weird issues happen.
In further, our IT team has already been aware of these bugs and I think they will fix them soon later.

Have a great day,
TIC
