IMXRT1175 5v input tolerance

Hello,

we are looking to design with IMXRT1175 chip and want to make sure that the CAN-RX line and other GPIO INPUT pins are 5v tolerant INPUT or not.  can you please confirm?

I hope you are doing great!

In general,  i.MX RT is  GPIO banks do not suppot 5V, the same applies for RT1175. Let me explain my answer below. 

Here is an snapshot from the Datasheet. The GPIOs shall not be operated above GPIO bank supply rail rating. In this example NVCC supply rails.

NVCC rails are rated for 3.3v or 1.8v, see the below snapshot from our  MIMXRT1170HDUG.
