I did't see the Data Word size in both Reference Manual and Data Sheet. What size of the one dataword in IMXRT1024? Is it 8 bit or 16 bit? I did not differentiate it.
For example, UART RX/TX FIFOSIZE have OPTİONS from 1 to 256 dataword Buffer size.
