Is there a way to read the BOOT-MODE register to find out what the proc is set up for?  Trying to bring up new system and it appears to be in some other mode.  I did not see a reference to the address of this register in the reference manual.  Also, is it possible to tell if the eFuses are blown?

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.
1) Is there a way to read the BOOT-MODE register to find out what the proc is set up for?
-- The Boot Mode register (SBMR), contains bits that reflect the status of Boot Mode Pins of the chip. The default values for those bits depend on the values of pins/fuses during the reset sequence, hence the question mark on their default value.
2) is it possible to tell if the eFuses are blown?
-- I'd highly recommend you to use the MCUXpresso Secure Provisioning tool to read eFuse to check whether some bits are blown.
Have a great day,
TIC
