Debug with P&E Multilink FX on MIMXRT1064-EVK does not work

Hello NXP Community,

i try to get my MIMXRT1064-EVK working with an P&E Multilink FX Debugger, but i am not able to get a connection to it.

Are there some jumpers that must be removed or is there a description how to get it working?

In the attached image you can see how my EVK is connected with the debugger. I try to execute the blinky example.

I would be nice if someone can help me to get it work.

Hello markus_winkhoef,

your setup seems to be okay. Is the connection via the onboard CMSIS-Interface working?

You could try to remove the jumpers J47, J48, J49 and J50 (compare the schematics on page 14) while using P&E. Add the jumpers when using the onboard-CMSIS-Interface.
