Hi MX-RT1052 MCU on a custom board does not produce 1.2V. We measure about 1.13 V from where it should be 1.2 V. What are the possible causes of this? Also, does the processor operate with 1.13V?

Edit: Our DCDC_IN_Q pin connected to 3.3 V via PCB trace with 8 mOhm resistance, is this a problem?

Edit 2: Supplying 1.2V from an external power source  we observed that no current is supplied to the processor.

Hi,
Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.
To provide the fastest possible support, I'd highly recommend you to refer to MIMXRT1050 to adjust your custom board to check the DCDC_OUT can output an expected voltage.
Have a great day,
TIC
