The i.MX RT Flashloader is a stand-alone, complete software utility for developing and manufacturing the i.MX RT series MCUs and the application note: AN12238 illustrate how to use them.
In further, there's a mcu-boot file that resides in \middleware of the SDK library of the particular RT MCU, and this file contains the Flashloader tool.
