Hi,

IMXRT1050-EVKB default use CMSIS_DAP as debugger. If you want to change to segger jlink, please visit OpenSDA Serial and Debug Adapter | NXP  to download jlink firmware. The operation step is also listed in the page. Or, you can see the Appendix C in Getting Started with MCUXpresso SDK.pdf.
