I'm trying to understand what the "HAB opened/closed" setting does.  Does the "Closed, HAB Enabled" Setting force the HAB to always require a signed image ?    Does it force the ROM bootloader to always execute ?

Hi @mjpovi ,

Thank you so much for your interest in our products and for using our community.

HAB Disable/Enable is related to Life Cycle of the Processor.

Please check User Guide, Help -> User Guider.

In this MCUXpresso Secure Provisioning Tool User Guide pdf, This document describes the relationship between the Boot type and  HAB opened/closed.
