Yes, you can. If you set the PWAOT0 and PWAOT1 bits in the PWMn->SMxTCTRL register, the PWM will generate its outputs on the FLEXPWMn_PWMx_OUT_TRIG0 and TRIG1 XBAR signals. This will allow you to output PWM signals on any XBAR output pin of the device.
