iMXRT1170 EVKB flexspi polling_transfer srash

Hi all,

In the debug environment of IAR the exaple "\flexspi\nor\polling_transfer" crashes.

After cold start everything works fine.

So debugging impossible...

IAR Compiler, CMSIS DAP debugger.

Thank you for your patience. 

I checked the example, by default on SDK 2.15.1 it comes linked to SRAM, it ran successfully on my side. 

As it is linked to SRAM, after a reset, it gets errased. So, I suspect that your setup have the flexspi scatter file and XIP enable macros. 

How did you imported the demo, using the CMSIS-Pack manager?

Testing for flexspi, I saw that the demo fails, so I made a report about this.

I remember you from this thread RT1170 EVKB fsl_romapi does not work.  I presume that  you are using SDk 2.15.1

Are you using J-Link or CMSIS DAP debugger? 

Will work to see if I can replicate the issue on my end.
