It's the base of TCP protocol. LwIP can support it. You can bought a LwIP book or search LwIP portal for the detail.

RT1060 SDK use LWIP. You can find LWIP documents in their portal. There isn't other RT1060 LWIP documents.

What is ARQ? Do you mean Automatic Retransmission reQuest? No, there isn't.
