Tell me, can i.MX RT1176 controller be debugged via SWD?
What SWD signal frequency should be set (0.1-30 MHz)? Or just set the automatic frequency?

Thanks for your interest in NXP MIMXRT series!

If you are using a board like the EVK provided by NXP, I would recommend you to use MCUXpressoIDE (built and distributed by NXP) or the classic Keil or IAR. because the SDK provided by NXP includes versions of these tools.

But you are using a third party development board, and I briefly checked the link you provided, and they provide the corresponding SDK and want to run it in a Linux environment. Well, you only need to fulfill this, and when executing the build script build.sh, if it fails, the command line will prompt you for which tools are missing. Just follow the instructions to install them.

If you encounter problems with third-party development boards, we recommend that you contact them directly. Wish you a nice day!
