i.MX RT1020 Silicon Revision Info

Where can I find information regarding the i.MX RT1020 silicon revision? The reference manual still calls out revision 1.0 ( 0x00620002 stored in USB_ANALOG_DIGPROG ) however when I read this register on my device I get the value 0x006B0000. Is there a resource that documents the changes?

Hello Logan Witter, 

There are only a few differences between revision 1.0 and 1.1, these differences are signaled within the Reference Manual at section 16.7.6.
