eIQ portal server encountered error

Hi,I am Lewis.

When I clicked "start trainig" button,I got this error message.

Does anyone know a solution?

  Which EIQ tool version you are using?

  Do you try the newest version or not? Whether the same issues?

  Please also tell me your used RT chip partnumber, thanks.

My eIQ toolkit version is V1.6.9 and I installed V1.8.0 yesterday.

But when I tried to use V1.8.0 and clicked it. There is no responds.

My RT chip is MIMXXRT1170.

Hi kerry.

My os is windows11.
And I read the User Guide , make sure my dataset is correct. This dataset is CrowdHuman. But there are no problem when I used another Dataset about Human Detect.

Thanks for your reply. But I have to say sorry for my mistake. My PC OS is ubuntu20.04,not windows 11.

And my ubuntu cannot use eIQ portal v1.8 because when I clicked it.There is no reponsed. I dont know why. So I used v1.6.

This is my step for deployed Crownd Human Dataset.

First I choose import dataset. Then I clicked VOC- Dataset Button.

This is my Dataset Folder.  Including Annotations and Images.

Then I clicked  "IMPORT" -> "SELECT MODEL" -> "Classification" -> "Performance" -> "MCU" -> "START TRAINING"

Batch Size : 10

Epochs : 30

Scale : small

Then I got this message.

  Please share your Dataset Folder.  Including Annotations and Images.

as I lack it:

I want to also use your database to test it, although I am using the windows, just double check it, whether it is related to your Dataset Folder.

Do you have this issues to unzip it?

I am afraid this unzipped issue package also can't be used.

Please download all and merge it.

  Sorry for my later reply, really a little overflow these days.

  Do you download your upload folder:

CrowndHuman.zip

  Whether you can unzip it or not?

  If I download the website which you mentioned, how to merge it, do you mean, I download the :

CrowdHuman_train01,

CrowdHuman_train02,

CrowdHuman_train03.

unzip the above zip, and merge the files to one folder, right? what about annotation folders?

If you download this Dataset.

Just merge it.

For example,unzip CrowdHuman_train01,CrowdHuman_train02,CrowdHuman_train03,

and copy file to train folder.

And you can get train dataset.
