does RT1176 support LPSDR?

Hi,

i have seen that som commercial RT1176 SOM board use a LPSDR,

for example, the SOM TQMa117xL made by TQ used W988D6FB, 256Mb Mobile LPSDR

but on the RT1176 datasheet i can't find LPDDR or LPSDR belong to the possible RAM adopted.,

only  8/16/32-bit SDRAM, up to SDRAM-133/SDRAM-166/SDRAM-200

Can somenone clarify?

Yes, the RT1170 supports LPSDRAM, similar to the RT1050 as mentioned on the following community post: i.MXRT1050 supports LPSDRAM ? - NXP Community.
