The i.MXRT1010 sometimes hangs on the boot ROM code

Hi All,

The customer has encountered an issue where the i.MXRT1010 sometimes hangs in the boot ROM code and fails to jump to the user application.

However, using the MCUXpresso Secure Provisioning Tool / Flash Programmer to read the NOR flash seems to resolve the issue.

What could be the cause of this issue, and how can it be prevented from happening again?

Hello

It is likely that the image is not built correctly, please verify that the image contains FCB and IVT.
Also, ensure that Boot_mode and Boot_cfg is the correct configuration for the flash.
