Sourcing current - MIMXRT1052CVL5B chip

On the NXP MIMXRT1052CVL5B chip, what is the minimum sourcing current for a signal called PMIC_ON REQ, and the associated output pin? And what is the minimum sinking current? Thanks!

Hello Carsonk,

This pin would have the DCDC characteristics listed on Table 22 of the i.MXRT1050 Datasheet (link below),

There is an input current specified, but not a source current as the GPIO pads are not meant to drive loads but rather to be used as logical signals.

Some customers find the IBIS model helpful for more detailed pin current and voltage analysis.
