Hello Ronnie,
To get the source code of these two tools, you need to download the SDK for any RT and include the optional mcu-boot under middleware when building your SDK package in the SDK builder. This option adds in flashloader and tools source files. They'll be found in the middleware/mcu-boot/tools/tools folder.
