SEMC Urgent refresh setting

I'm designing a board with i.MX RT170 and use SDRAM on SEMC.

I'm setting SDRAMCRn but I'm not sure how I should set RT and UT field.

RT and UT must be set below (tREF(ms) * 1000000/rows) for SDRAM to work properly.

Is my understanding correct?
