No, RT1170 doesn't have such kind of timeout event, but the Wait Valid Time must be no less than 2 semc_clk cycles. Please check the data sheet of your SRAM device for more details.

Actually the WAIT signal is a signal from the SRAM side, the duration is not controlled by RT1170 indeed.
