RT1061 + 3V Octal boot flash

Since I'm using most of the pins on the MIMXRT1061, I need to have all ports at 3.3V and not able to use 1.8V octal flash (byte mode).

Do you know any flash manufacturer that offers 3V word mode octal flash?

Can MIMXRT1061 boot and run with 3V octal flash (Marconix MX25645) with word mode(DTR-OPI) and not byte mode like all the 1.8V octal flash?

3v Octal Flash word mode (MX25645G)

1.8V Octal flash byte mode (MX25UM51345G)

1) Do you know any flash manufacturer that offers 3V word mode octal flash?
-- Macronix, Micron, Adesto, ISSI, etc.
2) In my opinion, the i.mx RT1060 can boot up from the MX25645, the i.mx RT1060 supports the Auto Probe feature which can recognize the connected Nor flash, then configure it automatically to enable boot-up from it.
