Question, i.MX RT LCD Display

Dear team,

This may be a generic question but, could you show me whether if i.MX RT can support LCD display module which has non-rectangle shape such like round one?

I think every LCD panels which has non-rectangle shape have a resolution such like horizontal x vertical. And if the resolution and hardware I/F specs can meet, i.MX RT can support the LCD module. Correct?

Could you show me why?

I think even such non-rectangle LCDs have resolution such like H x V. So I think if the spec are meet for requirement of i.MX RT, then i.MX RT can support such LCDs.

May be it is not clear for previous reply. Sorry for it.

I.MXRT' output is standard RGB signal,
And we have not tested it on a round LCD. If the customer wants to use a round LCD,
we recommend that the customer does own project after the board is tested.
