Need Reference document related to iMXRT1176 EVK Device Memory

Hi Team,

I need to know whether any separate document/manual available for the Memory details of the iMXRT1176. 

Do the FlexSPI memory (256 MB) having any sector level memory partition?

Hi @KAVIN_M ,

Chapter 3 in RM describes the memory map at the chip level.  NXP does not provide Flexspi memory sector level memory distribution, this needs to depend on the specific memory you connect externally, such as nor/nand flash, and the vendors of flash provide the datasheet.
