MCUXpresso Secure Provisioning Tool (SEC) v10 - load error

When I select my source executable image (*.elf) I got the following error:
"Could not parse image info from the source executable image: too many records 50583783"

My Elf file is 11,826 KB

Is there any settings I've missed out?

Thank you for your interest in the NXP MIMXRT product, I would  like to provide service for you.

In MCUXpresso Secure Provisioning Tool User Guide,  this tool support multiple user application image formats (bin, hex, srec, elf).

So please try to use hex or srec image formats  to verify whether it can work properly.

If only elf image format can not work, I will try to locate the cause of the problem with the ELF image format in next step.
