License for HiFi DSP Development Tools for i.MX RT600

My license for DSP SDK is expired.

On the page https://tensilicatools.com/download/rt600-download-page/ i have tried to get a new

license, but it comes up always with an error., that asks to contact the administrator.

I have filled the contact form with the issue, but have not get any help form tensilica.

How can i contact the adminstrator?

Can NXP provide help?

The missing license is blocking my work!

Hi @jan_michaels ,

I guess you input a wrong format data. The data filled in the blank should looks like 046c597b1239, not 04-6c-59-7b-09-80 or other format.

I cant program the DSP in my MIMX RT 595... It's extremely frustrating. I have a project that's now on hold because of this. I tried contacting Cadence, they replied with "hey, visit this (broken) link."

Any suggestions?

Yes, there is some problem with the site. Maybe we should wait for their repairing or report to Cadence.
