The i.MX RT1170 Processor Reference Manual (Doc No. IMXRT1170RM, Rev. 1, 05/2021) lists "Serial NAND Flash via FlexSPI Interface" as a Boot device.
However, the Boot switch setting list on page 25 of the schematic file "SPF-32171_C3.pdf" of MIMXRT1170-EVK does not have the setting values of BOOT_CFG [11:0] for "FlexSPI1 --Serial NAND".
Is it possible to boot from serial NAND with MIMXRT1170-EVK ?
If set the values of BOOT_CFG1[7:0] and BOOT_CFG2[3:0] listed in Table 10-11 of the i.MX RT1170 Processor Reference Manual with BOOT_CFG[11:0] of MIMX RT1170-EVK, I think it can be booted from NAND.
Is it correct ?

As there is not Serial NAND device on MIMRT1170-EVK, so NAND boot option is not listed in page 25 of SCH, but if you replace NOR with NAND device, yes, you can then set BOOT_CFG pins to NAND boot. RT1170 can boot from serial NAND

I got it. Thank you so much.
