There is a 16 Mb external flash on our custom board. I can easily debug the processor with McuXpresso IDE. I can also write and read with the Secure Provisioning tool. Then we started using 64 Mb flash instead of 16 Mb flash. When I debug through the IDE, an error occurs before reaching the main() function, as shown in the image below. When I examine the Memory, I see it is writing correctly to the flash, but I guess it cannot boot. It cannot run the code when I write it directly to 64 Mb flash with the Secure Provisioning Tool.
