Hello,
we have custom design based on IMXRT 1020 development board. CPU IMXRT1020 CEC, serial flash IS25LP064.
Boot strap configuration: A0 - A12 (except A10) has 47 K pull down resistors; A1 also has 1K pull up resistor.
Using JLINK to program the flash...
During the programming we can probe and see activities on follow SPI lines: CS/SO/SI/SCK. Issue what we are having once programming is complete and IMX RT suppose to boot up, we do see activities on SCK and CS, but nothing coming from SO (line from Serial Flash to MCU).
Any word of advise...
Thank you.
Hi i b ,
Please use the JLINK commander to check your customer board with the SWD interface, whether you can find the ARM core or not?
If you can find the ARM core, please configure the BOOT_CFG[1]-BOOT_CFG[6] to 0, BOOT_CFG2[0]-[1] to 0, BOOT mode configure to the serial download mode, you can find the related BOOT-CFG and BOOT_MODE pins in this table:
then use the MCUBootUtility to connect your board and download the code to the QSPI flash.
Please try it at first.
If you still have questions about it, please kindly let us know.
Have a great day,
Kerry
