How to use MIMXRT1060 and EVSE-SIG-BRD1X

Hi

I would like to try the EasyEVSE EV Charging Development Platform (FreeRTOS, Wi-Fi 4), and due to the funding issues and lack of expertise, I  want to  simulate the ISO 15118-based packet exchange between the EVSE and the EV first before other task. If I only want to achieve the above solution and just make sure EVSE and EV can exchange packets and transmit them to the computer. Do I only need to use MIMXRT1060*2 and EVSE-SIG-BRD1X*2 to complete it?
