Fault on backlight circuit of MIMXRT1050-EVK

I have done some climatic test using the dev-board MIMXRT1050-EVK.
After few hours I have stopped because I my TFT was off.
I have found U8 (UM1661) hot and C88 (4.7 uH, 6.3 V) in shortcircuit.
The rated voltage of the capacitor is not enough to be used for the backlight circuit, it's required at least a 25 V.
