I am working on a project targeting the MIMXRT1061DVL6B. Initial development has been on MIMXRT1060-EVKB, which I believe contains MIMXRT1062DVL6B. I am unclear on the differences between these parts. Is code developed for 1 of these parts completely compatible with the other part or are there some differences which I need special consideration?

Hi! I compiled some of this information into a wiki page here. The "Feature Overview" section should have what you need. Broadly speaking, unless you make use of the LCD interface, the GPU, or the CMOS camera interface, then it's completely code compatible.

Hi
I can confirm that the 1061 and 1062 are fully compatible as long as the LCD interface is not used (it is simply missing in the 1061). Note also that the 1051 and 1052 are also fully compatible with the 1061 as long as the extra OCRAM in the 106x is not accessed (but don't use 105x A revs since these do have a few errata that need to be worked around - B revs are OK).
Tip: I have a large quantity of MIMXRT1062DVL6B on stock (plus a number of industrial equivalents) that I am offering at 15% lower than the best official distributor price that can be found. They are new, original NXP with full traceability and guarantee:
