Delta VDDA to VDD in datasheet

Using the iMXRT1024 and I have VDD = 3.3V and VDDA_ADC_3P3 = 3.0V

All of the analog inputs are reading as expected and seem to be all good. I recently came across this in the datasheet though that says VDD - VDDA Delta needs to be plus/minus 100mV

Are VDDA and VDDA_ADC_3P3 the same (pin)? I cannot find any other references to VDDA anywhere.

If they are the same, does my current design of VDD=3.3V and VDDA_ADC_3P3=3.0V violate the datasheet? And if so, what are the consequences? Like I said, everything works well and as expected with the current design

Dear @zingae

Thanks a lot for reaching our technical support.

Regarding your concern, if it is not being respected what datasheet says, we cannot guarantee that RT1024 is going to work normally, but if your design you say that it is working well, it is ok, but malfunctioning in the future can happen, so the best suggestion is to adjust these VDD and VDDA to your design to accomplish the spec.

Hope this is helpful, please let me know if you have more questions.

Best Regards.
