Is it possible to calculated output pluse generated by FlexPWM and stop FlexPWM output based upon number of pulse generated.

To achieve this you can connect FlexPWM output to a Input Capture Channel using GPT (General Purpose Timer).

To accomplish this you could try to connect PWM output to Input of the timer using XBAR module. Please check the following community thread where something similar is done using XBAR.
