I am working with IMXRT1160-EVK in an ADC related application.
I don't have analog signals at the moment, but to verify that the firmware is correct, I would like to read some internal signals.
Looking at the i.MXRT1160 Reference Manual, I see the following channel assignments from internal sources:
• ADC1 CH6B: analog test bus [1]
• ADC2 CH7A – Analog Test Bus [0];
However, I have not found any information regarding these "Analog Test Bus" signals.
What are these signals related to? Is there any guideline or document I can read to better understand how these signals work?
